Our FAQ

Do I have to credit you if I use your graphics?
Whilst we are not overly strict over written credit on singular graphics, we'd prefer it as we've put a lot of work into our graphics and it's only fair that people don't claim them as their own. Any graphics design project that we undertake must be credited due to the amount of work involved.

How do you make a particular kind of graphic?
Firstly, have a look at our Tutorials page and see if there is a tutorial covering what you want to do. If not, feel free to contact us and we'll see how we can help. If we're not too sure ourselves then we will point you in the direction of somewhere that may be able to help.

Will you make me a custom request?
We try and fulfil all requests promptly. Feel free to send us an email with your request and we'll be able to let you know of a rough timescale. When requesting please bear in mind that both designers have other commitments which may mean that we can't get your request fulfilled straightaway.

Will you make me some graphics for my website or make me a layout?
At present we're not taking any requests for complete website layouts but we are happy to make graphics for forums and other services such as Ning.
